Cajeta - Goat's Milk Caramel

Cajeta is a caramel sauce made with goat's milk. It is similar in color and thickness to dulce de leche. Originally from Mexico, it was used for crepes, but we use our cajeta for dipping or drizzling with fruit, on ice cream, in coffee, on pie, you name it!  
 
Ingredients: Pasteurized goat's milk, sugar, baking soda, vanilla, salt.  Keep refrigerated.
