Chevre - Plain and Herbed

Soft, creamy, and spreadable. Extremely versatile: crumble it into a salad or pasta, spoon some onto your favorite fruit, use it for thickening soups, or simply spread it on a cracker. 
 
Lum Farm Chevre comes in plain and herbed. Our plain chevre is also available in a bulk quantity of 1 lb. Plain chevre freezes very well.

Herbed Chevre Ingredients:  Pasteurized goat milk, rennet, culture, salt, garlic, herbs (chives, parsley, basil, tarragon, rosemary, marjoram)
