Just in time for the holidays! Lum Farm pie dough is made with flour, butter, diffused water, lemon juice and salt. Allergens: Gluten and Dairy. Enough for one pie, top and bottom crust.
To use:
Rolling the Dough. Defrost in packaging in the refrigerator. Unwrap thawed but cold dough and place it in the center of a lightly floured work surface. Sprinkle the top of the dough and your rolling pin with a bit more flour to prevent sticking. In order to roll the dough out into a circle, we will give the dough a 1/8 turn in between every pass with the rolling pin.
